PAYMENT POLICY
In order to make a reservation is necessary that one (1) day of the total amount of your stay be prepaid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) or by deposit to a bank account.
Any advance expenses, transfer or credit card charged to the client.
Accommodation tax €2,00 per room per night is not included and is necessary to be paid in cash upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For cancellations at least 21 days before arrival the 30% of the prepayment is fully refunded (any additional expenses are charged to the client).
• For cancellations less than 21 days prior to the arrival date the prepayment is nonrefundable. - For reservations on the high demand period (01/07-15/09) the deposit is non refundable.
